The result was kind a little bit long in time to be in my Email. However, thinking about all the line of people getting their results and the amount of samples they get each day. My opinion is that they do their best to give the customers the best attention they can and in the time they give. It was the eighth hours to ten hours Analysis and the response was accurate.

Small, almost boutique. Very clean, sterile environment. I observed the staff change gloves in front of me prior to administering the test. There was a large sign limiting entrance to five persons only and you can see into it with a large glass windows and doors. The staff helped me register my mother so that she could get tested as well.Mostly very efficient the entire process took less than 5 to 7 minutes.

This review is for a Rt-PCR test at the West Palm Beach location. The scheduling and testing procedures were excellent. We cannot commend the staff enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Results were received in 6 hours.
